We are a team passionate chefs brought together by founder Ben Green with nearly 3 decades of experience in the culinary world.
We thrive on creating memorable dining experiences through innovative dishes and a commitment to quality. We get great pleasure in cooking for others and believe this shows in our food.
The food we create centres around the use of fresh, local ingredients and embracing seasonal flavours, allowing us to craft dishes that celebrate both creativity and tradition.

Ben Green - Exec Chef
My culinary journey began in the UK, where I discovered my passion for cooking and the art of flavour. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working in diverse kitchens across the globe, from bustling à la carte restaurants to high-pressure race circuits, where I catered for multiple Formula 1 teams and their VIP guests.
My time in the UK culminated as Executive Chef at the Southbank Centre, Europe’s largest concert hall, where I had the honour of catering for high-profile events, including movie premieres such as Fantastic Beasts - The Secrets of Dumbledore to intimate dinners with luminaries such as Sir Paul McCartney.
I believe in the power of fresh, local ingredients and the beauty of seasonal flavours, which allow me to create dishes that balance both creativity and tradition. Beyond the kitchen, I’m passionate about mentoring aspiring chefs and passing on the knowledge and skills I’ve acquired over the years. To me, cooking is more than just preparing food—it’s about connection, individuality, and fostering a sense of community.
